The location was pleasant and the view was priceless, the service was helpful. My stay was superb, and the entire staff were very informative. I loved having netflix, cable TV and coffee/tea making machines.

It's fabulous place to stay 1 km away from Chelsea.

Reasonably clean and pleasant accom with strategic location so close to the subway, Herald Square, Empire State Building and Korean Town, which has many restaurants.

This hotel was great value for the money when compared to other options. Staff were ever so helpful, breakfast was comprehensive! Breathtaking room, luxurious bathroom with a walk-in shower. Selection of snacks and tapas at the rooftop bar. The pool onsite was very clean.

I loved nice location and staff, and so much more. There was a garden and a park within a minutes' walk from the place. Plenty of food options not far from the venue.

The bed was very firm, unfortunately.

Well cleaned and well cleaned rooms, LOVELY staff. Lots of food at breakfast, I enjoyed coffee, breads, fruit, bakery and meats. Superb view, a great balcony, big bed, too. There was a nice plunge pool.

The property was fairly clean and small. The room was cosy with comfy beds. Set close to an underground station in the safe area. I found Izakaya Mew within walking distance of the hotel where I had supper. Early check-in was a bonus.

Had good stay overall, hard working place and the weather was beautiful.

The whole place was perfectly clean, I loved it, and had good location and staff. The bedroom was stunning and the bed was very best. They recommended a central restaurant for dinner. Lovely pool to relax in too. It was based near a pristine beach.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was awful.

The rooms were calm and beds were comfortable. It was definitely 3 stars for us. Fine base for weekend in New York.

Super base for exploring New York. We enjoyed breakfast that was included.

a trolley bus stop is next to this hotel. the workers were accommodating. we would definitely recommend, to anyone staying in new york.

This hotel is equal to 3 stars. The bed was lovely, we had a good rest. Our kudos go to maid for the hospitality! There's Brendan's Bar & Grill with nice shots around 4-6 minutes away by foot from the venue...
